Yoni Care Ritual – 3 Bags (Drink + Sitz Bath)

A traditional blend of four West African plants, pre-portioned in 3 cotton bags. 1 bag = 1 ritual: one part for a sitz bath, the rest to drink.

What's inside

• Djeka leaves: rich in natural tannins, used to tone and refresh the intimate area after childbirth and to ease monthly cramps.
• Nep Nep: known in Senegal as "the women's plant", traditionally used for intimate hygiene and freshness.
• Vetiver: brings a clean, lasting freshness and traditionally helps ease monthly cramps.
• African pepper: the warming spice given to new mothers in West Africa to help them recover.

How to use (1 bag = 1 ritual)

1. Boil one bag in 1.5 L of water for 10 minutes.
2. Sitz bath: pour part of it into a basin, let it cool until lukewarm and comfortable, then sit for 10–15 minutes.
3. To drink: keep the rest in a closed bottle in the fridge. Drink one cup a day, within 4 days.

Ingredients: Djeka leaves, Nep Nep, Vetiver, African pepper.

Not for use during pregnancy. External use only for the bath: no internal douching. Always test the temperature first.
