Nep Nep - 100gr

𓋹 Nep nep is the fruit of Acacia nilotica, a medium-sized tree found in the dry regions of Africa. It has been part of traditional African herbal culture for generations.

It is traditionally used in different ways:

𓋹 Sitz bath: in West African tradition, nep nep is boiled into a decoction together with vetiver and cloves, and used by women as part of their intimate care rituals.

𓋹 Mouth rinse: the decoction is also traditionally used as a mouth rinse.

How to prepare
- Rinse the pods well.
- Boil a few pods in water for 30 to 40 minutes, until the water turns dark brown.
- Allow to cool to a comfortable temperature before use.
